“Azi” is comprised the taste of my memories of my mother, the traditional Kyoto cuisine that I have trained and the taste I have relished in Hong Kong.

New restaurant is named "Azito" of the meaning to “deliver my own taste” to people throughout the world as a gift. People who get in Azito will not only leave with a good meal, but a good memory.
